These terms apply when you order from Sreshta Fresh (“we”, “us”) through this website. Sreshta Fresh sells fresh produce from Sreshta Farms: vegetables, flowers, country eggs and country chicken, located at MK Gold Coast, Yendada, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. Products and prices

• Products are fresh farm produce. Size, colour and weight can vary naturally.
• Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) and include all charges. There is no delivery charge.
• The quantity shown as “left” is live and can change while you shop. If an item sells out before you order, we will tell you and update your basket.

2. Orders

• An order is confirmed when you see the “Order placed” screen with an order number.
• Please give a correct phone number, name and flat number so we can reach you and hand over your order.
• Orders placed after 9 PM are packed the next morning.
• Country chicken is pre-booked from Saturday and handed over on Sunday. It is sold by weight in ½ kg steps.

3. Payment

• Pay now: online through Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking and other methods Razorpay offers). We never see or store your card, UPI PIN or bank details.
• Pay on delivery: by cash or PhonePe/UPI when you receive your order.
• If the final weight of country chicken differs from what you paid for, we settle the difference with you by PhonePe/UPI or cash.

6. Our responsibility

We pack every order with care. Our responsibility for any order is limited to replacing the affected items or refunding the amount you paid for them. Fresh produce should be stored properly and used soon after you receive it.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies to orders placed after it is published.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
