Sreshta Fresh respects your privacy. This page explains what information we collect when you order from us and how we use it.

What we collect

Your name, phone number, flat number and apartment, which you give us when you order.
Your orders: what you bought, the amount, how you paid, and any note you add.
For online payments, the payment reference from Razorpay (not your card, UPI or bank details).

How we use it

To pack, hand over or deliver your order, and to contact you about it (for example on WhatsApp or by phone).
To fill in your details next time you order with the same phone number.
To keep records of sales and payments.

Payments

Online payments are processed by Razorpay. Your card, UPI and bank details are entered on Razorpay's secure payment page and are handled under Razorpay's own privacy policy. We never see or store them.

Where your information is kept

Order records are stored securely in our Google account (Google Sheets and Google Apps Script). Your browser also remembers your basket and details on your own device, so you don't have to type them again. You can clear this by clearing your browser data.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent your information. We only share it with the services needed to run the shop (Google for storage, Razorpay for online payments), or if the law requires it.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your details at any time by contacting us. We may keep basic records of past payments where the law requires it.
